Cartooning with Mark McKenna

"Mark McKenna, a long time comic book artist working for DC and Marvel Comics on more then 400 comic books and 7000 pages offers a class on the process of comic book creating. Learn what it takes to create a comic book by working on your own 1-3 page comic short story from the idea phase to the lettering, panel arrangement, drawing and inking of the artwork. Students interested in learning the process should come to workshop with ideas in mind and Mr. McKenna will help the ideas come to life on the comic art boards.

Mark McKenna has worked on The X Men, Batman, Spider Man and the Hulk and is currently working on the DC series Gotham Gazette: Batman Dead?"
